The process optimization results, in the form of bulk property information, are then fed back to product blending applications, giving those applications more accurate input and enabling improved product blending.
The optimizer can also be integrated with LP model vector updating, typically a difficult, time intensive task that can be streamlined with process optimization software. The key benefit is that the data required for LP model vectors can be sent directly from the optimizer, eliminating the need for manual re-inputting of data. This significantly improves model accuracy and reduces the resource burden and time required to gather plant information, sort and filter through the data, and then generate LP vectors.
