Wanted - Guest Bloggers
Posted on 02:15 by Unknown
I am looking for a few people within Invensys and outside of Invensys who are willing to be guest bloggers. We have over 67,000 page views so far - and are averaging 300 views per days. This is a great way to get your message out there, promoting yourself and your company.
I’d like to offer our readers a forum to present their ideas and opinions on how to improve process simulations. All you need to do is to send their article to me, and I’ll attribute it to you & post it on their behalf - provided it is appropriate and relevant to our readers.
Please let me know if you are interested!

DYNSIM Checkout - Is your control logic delaying your startup?
Posted on 21:30 by Unknown
DYNSIM Checkout is the first process simulation product designed specifically for control system validation. This solution can validate control system design before it is installed in the plant which eliminates many problems that occur during startup.
Its user-friendly data entry improves efficiency in the workplace, requiring only information commonly found in a Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) or Process Flow Diagram (PFD). DYNSIM Checkout will be useful for years to come, offering operator training in starting and operating equipment, satisfying interlocks, manipulating the process and recognizing the operating state of the process by interpreting the various sensor readings.
